6 Yoga Trends 2021

In regard to yoga trends, it’s difficult to pick only one. So we’ve picked a rundown of 6 yoga trends you can see now and beyond. Yoga entered our awareness at first as a way of focusing oneself in the practice of asanas and meditation.

There is also, a number of other choices available. This is where trends come in. Trends are energizing, they are new, as they emerge in to our life.

They go back and forth again and again, taking the necessary steps to hold our attention. So, trends are a method of showing us something new, and some of them remain with us. Trends extend from truly helpful to out-and-out strange.

So in regard to accepting these trends in to your life, it is worth doing some additional research. So what’s trending now? There are some top choices and a few odd choices.

Check out the 6 yoga trends to pay special mind to in 2019! Regardless of whether you’re a yogi student, yoga teacher, or a yoga studio operator, there’s something here for you.

Snake Yoga

Snake Yoga:

Let’s start with the craziest one of all, move over goats and puppies, snakes are alive.

Not for the fainthearted this odd practice discovered its beginnings in Vancouver, Canada.

I would have thought a bit to cold for snakes but what do i know.

Terrified of snakes? You’re not alone. A study of Americans in 2014, snakes positioned top of the what are you terrified of? list, higher than bugs and open talking.

All things considered, what better approach to beat a fear than to handle it with a downward dog or Cobra asana? The training would occur in a private studio, with snake wranglers on hand.

Considered a step up from goat yoga, slithering among the mats, the snakes would be tangled up on the students body. They are quiet and slow moving, ready for you as you change from asana to asana.

The objective is to bond with the snakes. Not to sure i will be trying this one anytime soon.

Aerial Yoga:Aerail Yoga

A yoga student is held up by method of a hammock or rope swung from the roof giving the feeling of floating on air.

Being suspended in mid-air. Helps your joints get a break, and can improve your workout without hurting your body.

Starting in 2018, this trapeze trend is still being practiced now. Beside being fun and looking excessively cool, aerial yoga promotes a wide range of benefits.

Being suspended in mid-air implies your joints get a break, and you can improve your quality of life without impacting your joints. Aerial yoga prepares your body to move softly while adjusting to a different support, this is said to be significant for your joints and general well-being. I prefer this one over snake yoga what about you?

Chair Yoga For 2019

Chair Yoga:

Chair Yoga means practicing your asanas while on a chair.

This is good for amateurs, seniors, individuals recovering from disease or damage, or the individuals who need a gentler type of yoga.

Chair yoga is significantly more secure for your joints. You can practice Chair Yoga where ever, even at the workplace during a busy day.

To practice Chair Yoga, you could truly sit on a chair, or use it as a type of help for standing asanas. Chairs are likely to be available at your workplace.

Chair yoga is an excellent option. This trend I’m sure will be with us for quite some time.

Eco Yoga

Eco Yoga:

Eco Yoga goes past taking your daily practice outside. It’s tied in with getting reconnected with nature.

Take your practice outside to get reconnected with nature. In our lives, a large portion of us go through our days inside before a PC or a work area.

In many cases, being stuck inside throughout the day can deplete your vitality and leave you worn out and fractious. Doing yoga in inside is the same day in day out.

Gets a bit boring don’t you think? As an individual, you can take your yoga outside to the nearby park or your terrace.

In case, you’re a yoga teacher or studio proprietor, consider offering a few sessions outside when the climate allows. Eco-yoga enables you to take in nature and helps you with the world. Furthermore, in a busy world loaded with stress, this is something we all need.

Chroma Yoga

Chroma Yoga:

Chroma Yoga, is known as Light Therapy Yoga which is an innovative practice that is made to enable you to get back in tune with your circadian mood.

In basic terms, it includes doing yoga in a room lit by hued lights, covered with quieting music, and encompassed by loosening up aromas to give a casing like encounter.

Red lights are demonstrated to invigorate melatonin (the rest hormone) generation in your mind.

Authorities of Chroma Yoga love its quieting benefits: managing your dozing examples and diminishing feelings of anxiety. So how can it work?

The objective is to imitate a characteristic day. This implies rehearsing with blue lights in the first part of the day to build your vitality, and red light during the evening to incite rest.

Science backs up the way that presenting yourself to blue light flag the mind to stop the creation of melatonin and increment the generation of stress hormones to wake you up, and introduction to red light lift’s melatonin levels and empowers better quality rest.

Be that as it may, the genuine viability of Chroma Yoga is as yet begging to be proven wrong. The truth will surface eventually if this trend will stay with us in the future years.

Light has always played a significant role in our lives. There is definitely more to this than meets the eye.

Digital Yoga:

It wouldn’t be 2020 if we don’t discuss how the digital world is taking control over our lives.

So as opposed to fearing it, we ought to acknowledge and use it. This trend we are going to talk about is Digital Yoga.

Prepare for increasingly more online yoga instructional video’s in 2019! We are becoming very aware of yoga video’s on YouTube and Instagram.

In 2019, prepare for instructional recordings and tips from your nearby yoga studios. Studio proprietors and yoga teachers are extremely mindful that individuals are occupied, yet that doesn’t mean they are losing customers.

Truth be told, select instructional recordings for individuals and yoga GIFs on Instagram are incredible approaches to gain new students.

This trend is going to become increasingly more popular as technology advances. I will leave a link to a post i wrote earlier on in the year called Pivot Yoga a cutting edge practice if i ever have seen one.

  1. Wow that yoga trend hanging from the rock looks pretty wild! It’s amazing how people are always stretching the limits to come up with something so unique. The most dangerous besides the rock climbing yoga is the snake yoga. Honestly I don’t know if I would try that one lol. Two I am particularly interested in are eco yoga and chroma yoga. They both look like such peaceful atmospheres. I’m definitely intrigued and will be checking these out further, well done!

  2. Nice post, Shane, about what’s trending in yoga.

I think that the more practical methods get to live another day. While some trends don’t last very long, it’s always important to have “trenders” push the boundaries.

I like the chair and eco yoga trends the most. I find these two the most practical in this day and age.

Snake yoga is a “one-of” for your bucket list, and aeiral yoga is for the “cirque du soleil” performers.

Do you find that chroma and digital yoga lead away from yoga real principles?

    • Helo Paul,

Thank You for reading my post.

I agree with you 100% most trends may not go the distance.

My preference is Hatha yoga. Not to say other people shouldn’t do what they want.

      Horses for courses.

      Regards Shane.
