All About Yogarjuna

I have written over 100 posts on my website since January.

It is time for reflection on what we have achieved as we close off 2019.

Many of my posts have been about the fantastic health benefits yoga can give to you.

Whether you choose yoga that is traditional or a new age yoga such as goat or rage yoga.

The benefits will vary according to your thought processes.

No Need To Be A Guru:

As much as yoga is good for you not all of us can be a Guru and reach nirvana.

On the off chance you do even better.

It easy to be critical on the variations of yoga being practiced these days.

Would that achieve anything and would be counter-productive.

Yoga is all about the union of joining together.

This can be easily forgotten by all of us at different stages of our life.

Yoga And Technology:

Where is Yoga heading in 2020 we may ask.

Is there anything left to develop with yoga.

The human mind will always find new ways to do things.

My tip is technology will have a big impact on the development of yoga.

The future will be a product I reviewed earlier this year called Pivot Yoga which is going to be released in 2020.

I will leave a link to this post for you to check out.

Bikram Yoga Controversy:

A controversial topic at the moment is Bikram Yoga.

I recently posted on the matter in more of an introductory way.

Although allegations were mentioned at the time.

Having viewed the documentary on Netflix.

I now have a clearer understanding of the situation.

It could be interpreted that our strengths are our weakness.

Easy to get caught up in the glitz and glamour of success.

What i mean by that is the drive that is required to run such a large business can be coming from the ego.

You dont have to look to far these days to find such egotistical people they are well represented by our political leaders.

Whatever that success may be.

On one hand yoga was promoted to the masses.

This is good and should not be discounted.

Yoga Is Not The Problem:

Yoga itself is not the problem just the way it is interpreted.

That philosophy could be applied to almost anything.

For example a motor vehicle has been revolutionary in the 20th century.

In the wrong hands is a deadly weapon.

As we know Yoga has been around for 5000 years and will be around for many more to come.

Yoga will adapt and morph in to dog yoga or cat yoga.

Why not as many of the poses are derived from animals.

Cat and cow pose or how about one of my favorites downward dog for examples.

When people do the wrong thing as society judges they will and should be made accountable for their actions.

As a novice Buddhist i will say karma may come back to take it’s toll.

Not trying to be to judgemental on this issue or any other as there may be two sides to a story.

Running away and not facing them sure favors the other side.

2020 fast approaching i personally see yoga growing and evolving in to many forms. This is great for people like me and you who get so much benefit from yoga.

Getting Started:

What was the motivation for me wanting to do yoga.

It all started with a bad back for me to try different things to ease my back pain.

My employment at the time was a physical one which i needed to continue to do for the immediate future.

Back Pain

Back Pain:

The first option was to see a chiropractor who helped me greatly to get my body straight.

The chiropractor sent me to get x-rays to find out exactly what the issues were.

Of course there was a few underlying concerns in regards to my lower back.

Compressed discs, twisted tailbone and scoliosis was the problems i had accumulated over the years.

The Swimming Option:

A suggestion of the chiropractor was to try swimming.

I thought OK lets try that option how hard it could it be.

I ventured down to my local swimming pool run by the local council.

Not living that far from my local pool i decided to walk which is good exercise as well.

More Than Expected:

When i arrived i noticed they had completed a new addition of a gymnasium as well as a revamped pool area.

I signed up there and then with a 10% percent discount for doing so to a total membership to have access to all areas of the complex.

So I began my swimming program which was harder than expected.

Not really feeling the love for it I have to say.

I also noticed they were beginning yoga classes on a Saturday afternoon.

Sounds interesting dont know a lot about it.

Heard goods things about yoga over the years.

Yoga is it really for females only?

Not sure about the ladies only concept lets give it a go anyway.

Not enjoying swimming as much as I thought I would try yoga for the first time.

Low and behold i loved it and my teacher was a male my fears and doubts were put to one side.

It must be for everybody even though I was the only male representative in the class apart from the teacher of course.

Present Day:

Fast forward 18 years later I was looking for a side hustle, due to a Lack of interest in the 9 to 5 jobs I was doing.

I came across an affiliate marketing platform on Facebook.

Had being looking for while now as I am suspicious of many things online.

As we all know there are many scammers online now.

Looking to get your hard-earned money.

By all reports they are quite successful in doing so.

I do digress.

A new career

Wealthy Affiliate:

Back to the online business it was Wealthy Affiliate online platform I chose after a year or two of research on YouTube and of course Google.

They were offering a 7 day no credit card required to try out if affiliate marketing was for you.

One of the options was to do a blog on a website about a passion you have.

I could not think of anything else I would rather do than write and create a yoga website.

This is why I find myself writing here and now about Yoga.

I could not have achieved this without the help of the Wealthy Affiliate platform.

In Closing:

They have guided me along the way with the help of the Wealthy Affiliate community.

I am so impressed with Wealthy Affiliate that I have gone from monthly membership to a yearly membership.

I do this knowing I will succeed in my plans to make Yoga not only my passion but also my future business.

I would love to hear your thoughts about this post or this site in general.

I will answer all the comments on my website personally so drop me a line below if you have any Yoga questions or comments.

I’m happy to help any way that I can.

Namaste Shane.
