Thanks for sharing this great review on yoga techniques, have seen a lot of articles on the betterment of it to our spiritual life, don’t know how this work tho but from the article a lot was said about it. I want to ask how is it possible for this single exercise to change a spiritual mend of an individual?

    Have you got any advice on how I can get into Yoga?

    Can it be done successfully at home without having to deal with the hassles of a class?

    I will let you know why I ask that question; I have enquired more than once now about going to the yoga studio just down the road from me but they made it very clear to me that most of the classes they have are women only.  

    The Broga fad has faded away now.
