A pretty good app if you use it for free, very good introduction to yoga in general.
Good videos that are easy to follow and good voice instructions too!
There are lots of great things is you pay, but you can try them out sometimes for free in exchange for watching ads.

This app is great for beginners!
All level one is free you can do a program that is for 7 days to see if this is a good fit for you.
They walk you through the poses to make sure your posture is correct.
Definitely helped me get into doing yoga.
I just signed up for the gold membership which is only $40 a year, this lets you do level 2 and up.

There is some confusing UI around setting up a plan but overall I have enjoyed using Daily Yoga.
The videos are great, and the added meditation time is excellent.
I wish I could have more options for adjustments to the poses, for example I have tight hamstrings and can’t do some sitting poses.
Having a course that slowly worked on better flexibility would be nice.

I really like this app.
It has done everything I’ve expected it to do, and even surprised me with more features.
I was skeptical before but it has helped me get rid of some unpleasant pain and given me better flexibility.
I definitely recommend this.

A: Daily Yoga account is one you register with your email address or one which is automatically formed when you choose to login with Facebook. If our support ask you for your account, please inform them your signed email address/nickname.
Q: Compatible devices
A: You are able to enjoy Daily Yoga app on either Android or iOS devices including phones and tablets.
Q: Do I need an internet connection?
A: Please note that only under certain circumstances below will Daily Yoga need a network connection:
Open Daily Yoga for the first time and you will need a network to load the latest yoga session lists and program lists.
Download yoga sessions and other resources such as music packs.
Upload health data after workouts.
Use the ‘Community’ module. In this module you could post in the forum and get connected with others by using internet.
A network connection is not necessarily required when you tend to practice a yoga lesson or listen to the yoga music which has already been downloaded and OPENED.
Actually you just need to open the session with a network connection only ONCE for the first time after you download it. Then you will be able to enjoy it even without a network connection.
Q: Subscription does not work
