  1. I’m so naive when it comes to working out, but I’m really impressed with the fact that there are live ongoing yoga classes for us to do without having to put ourselves at risk with our ongoing covid situation. During the the first months of the pandemic I actually bought a yoga mat, but was never motivated enough to try this practice until reading this post. Thanks for the recommendation and the motivation!

  2. I have never done yoga before but if it helps relief stress then I might try it out. It’s good that online yoga classes are available now a days. Even after the pandemic has eased down, I hope many classes will still be available.

Many of us won’t be able to attend because of family and work, so having a yoga class you can do three times a week or so in your living room would be great.

Thanks for sharing, I hope to read more articles from you.

  3. This is a great article about Adriene. I use her free yoga training almost every day. She is so calm and sweet that I find myself relaxing as soon as I see her face and hear her voice. Even before covid, I was finding ways to rest and relax in my own home as I don’t really enjoy the whole gym experience and it is so expensive. I mix and match yoga, floor exercises, some light weights, Shubashi (Tai Chi), and walking my dog and line dancing to keep myself fit and toned.

Relaxing with Adriene is an important element of my life.
