  1. Yoga is so common now ; just as many other “normal” things. The sad things is that people don’t know its spiritual side. Its like my blog mentions; spirituality and religion are different thugs. However, yoga contains a lot of occultism in the supernatural world but few percentege know this.

    I was very interested to read your article about Yoga exercises to relieve stress. I have Fibromyalgia and stress tends to exacerbate my symptoms so I’m always looking for new ways to combat or help me cope better with it.

    I tried Yoga when I was younger but I couldn’t really follow the rest of the class and as I’m quite stiff and uncoordinated, I struggled to maintain the poses. It’s difficult especially when I see people much older than me for whom it appears effortless. 

    Are there any yoga videos you would recommend for someone like myself that would ease me into as gently as possible? I need some help with my stress levels and this would be ideal if it could be achieved in the least painful way possible. Thank you for reminding me that there are steps I can take to help myself.
