दिनचर्या
Daily Rhythm
Dinacharya
When you wake, when you practise, when you work and when you stop — a daily structure built on the yogic clock, adapted to a life with deadlines, family and travel.
Jeevanshaili · One-to-One
An hour of yoga cannot undo twenty-three hours of living against yourself. Arjuna's lifestyle coaching rebuilds the whole day — routine, breath, food and rest — one-to-one, in person in Kathmandu or online anywhere in the world.
What it rebuilds
दिनचर्या
Dinacharya
When you wake, when you practise, when you work and when you stop — a daily structure built on the yogic clock, adapted to a life with deadlines, family and travel.
श्वास
Pranayama off the mat
Short, precise breath practices woven into your actual day — before meetings, after screens, at the edge of sleep — so the calm of the practice room follows you out of it.
आहार
Ahara
Simple, sattvic eating principles from the yogic tradition — what to eat, when and how much — without dogma, built around the food that is actually available to you.
निद्रा
Nidra
Sleep, yoga nidra and real recovery. Most students don't need more intensity — they need to learn how to stop. This is where energy, mood and clarity are rebuilt.
How it works
A long, honest conversation about how you actually live — sleep, work, food, stress, practice history. Arjuna listens first; nothing is prescribed before you are understood.
A clear, realistic daily plan: morning practice, breathwork doses, food principles and an evening wind-down — sized to your life, not to an ashram timetable.
Regular one-to-one sessions to adjust the plan as life pushes back. Habits settle in weeks, not days — the mentorship is where the change becomes permanent.

Who it is for
Professionals living at full speed, practitioners whose progress has stalled, and anyone recovering their health who wants a teacher, not another app.
Retreats
Coaching builds the habit at home. A retreat is where it settles. Two or three times a year Arjuna leads a small group into the Himalayan foothills — days built around practice, mountain air and the kind of quiet that changes people.
Nagarkot ridge, 2,175 m
A short, deep reset above the Kathmandu valley. Sunrise practice facing the Himalayas, evening meditation, silence after dinner. Perfect alongside a Nepal itinerary.
Himalayan foothills
Arjuna's signature retreat. A complete arc — grounding, opening, deepening — through twice-daily practice, philosophy talks, kriya cleansing techniques and guided forest walks.
Mountain hermitage
For serious practitioners. Live close to how Arjuna himself trained: early rising, extended pranayama, one-to-one guidance, and days structured entirely around practice.
All retreats include vegetarian Nepali meals, comfortable accommodation and airport pickup from Kathmandu. Dates are released seasonally — write to us for the current calendar.
Practicalities
Yes — the one-to-one coaching runs over video call and most clients never travel. Sessions are scheduled around US time zones; early morning on the US East Coast lands in the evening in Kathmandu, which works well for both sides. The retreats below are the part that requires a flight.
Retreat pricing depends on length, season and where the group stays, so it is quoted individually rather than listed. Write to us with the dates you have in mind and roughly how long you want, and we will send a figure and what it covers.
Dates are released seasonally and the groups are small, so two to three months is comfortable — enough to find a sensible flight and to get a visa sorted without rushing. Ask early if you want a specific window.
For the coaching, no. It starts from how you actually live — sleep, food, work, stress — and builds from there. The longer retreats assume you can sustain daily practice; the weekend does not.
Write a few lines about where you are and what you are struggling with — Arjuna’s team will reply with next steps and available consultation times.
